"I had the good luck of finding Leslie about ten years ago for TMJ PT. She was wonderful. I now need the same PT again and I’m happy to see she is still there in N. Andover. I saw the below review and felt I had to say something.I don’t think you should solely rate a provider on the fact that they had a scheduling issue. All offices do every once in a while. It probably pales in comparison to no shows and unpaid balances on the patients end. Not to mention the fact that the below post coincided with the covid-19 pandemic."
"I made my appointment a week in advance. Then I got a call the day before my appointment to confirm that I would be there, I said yes. Less then an hour later I got a call saying they had to cancel because there wasn’t anyone available and the only opening they had was a week from my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust them!"
