"That Dr Johnson knows his stuff? Absolutely!! It's the lack of communication & disorganization when you schedule 50 patients in one day that has lead to so much havoc!! I've only bumped into one rude employee here and that is Nurse Kerry. She is a bully. She is rude. I have seen how she talks to patients & staff. I would love for her to work for me so that I can fire her on her 1st day!! What good are your skills when your personality in the workplace is trash!!?! Please follow up with the Board of Medicine with complaints. I've heard through the grapevine that a few have taken this course of action because it's the only entity that will help shapen up the dysfunction that has tainted what was once a pleasant dr's office."

"This place is awful. Refused to let me do a zoom appointment but didn't inform me the doctor would be taking the call from his home on zoom while im sitting in the patient room. He talked to me 4 minutes and then ended the call. They also wouldn't to pull up my old records because they were "in storage" so I had to fill out everything again. While in the patient room with the nurse filling out forms 3 nurses barged in the room at different times interrupting us unprovoked. Would not go here ever again. However their receptionist Karen is very sweet and helpful."

It’s been beyond frustrating to see doctor after doctor, second, third and fourth opinions, everyone saying something different. Dr. Johnson and his staff are truly there to help! "Terrible! Don't waste your time. My daughter had 2 appointments. We sat in waiting area for over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment! Second appointment I gave them another chance and waited even longer. This place is a joke along with the front desk who don't even know what's going on. Tooo may appointments made for the same exact time on the same days. Go elsewhere so your time is not wasted."

"I have been dealing with mold toxicity for a long time. I have been to countless doctors, hospitals, urgent cares, minute clinics, specialists, etc. Every doctor looked at me crazy, told me there were no tests for mold and refused to help me. I went in and explained the situation to the doctor, even showed him pictures, he immediately looked at the nurse and said " run every test we have" FINALLY after years of suffering I got the tests I need and talked to a doctor that knew exactly what I was talking about! I am so grateful. This is the first time in years I feel heard! If I could give a million stars I would!"
