Our Approach

Our approach combines psychotherapy and medication management to create a comprehensive treatment plan. We take the time to understand each client’s history, values, challenges, and strengths, crafting individualized treatments that foster healing and growth.

Meet Michael

Michael, our lead practitioner, holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Northeastern University and has been a certified Nurse Practitioner since 2016. With over 15 years of experience in patient-facing care, Michael has served the MetroNorth and North Shore communities, offering psychiatric support across various stages of treatment. His past roles include Director of Nursing for Adult Psychiatry at Eliot’s Community Behavioral Health Center in Danvers, MA, where he provided leadership and supervised the training of other NPs.

Michael's extensive experience includes providing group therapy and milieu counseling at McLean Hospital. He values the therapeutic relationship's healing nature and focuses on the innate human value and unique qualities of each client. His expertise spans working with late-adolescent, adult, and older clients facing a wide range of conditions, including trauma challenges, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, perceptual disturbances, personality disorders, and substance use issues.
