"Was referred here by my previous doctor when she retired. I started seeing the nurse practitioner that was on the staff. I had one appointment with her then several months later she retired. I rescheduled my next appointment with Dr Garabedian. At that time he requested I get blood work done prior to my next checkup. He gave me some paperwork which I managed to lose so I called the office and request the email me the information so I could schedule a lab appointment to get my blood work done. That was several weeks ago. To date I haven't got nothing nor heard anything."
