"One of the worst experiences i have ever had with a front office. Unprofessional, rude and belligerent. Sadly, the dr was great, but can NEVER return due to the front office. Im hopeful the dr realizes how terrible and hurtful they are to patients in need of care. To boot it makes me uneasy to think that they have access to medical records and billing information."

"I thought Dr. O'Keefe was wonderful. However, I have mixed feelings about front desk. I mistakenly went to Tewksbury instead of N. Andover. Instead of shooting over to other office they had me wait to call them first. By the time they called and spoke to someone I was told they couldn't see me. If they had just let me run over there I would have been 5-10 minutes late tops. I told them that was crazy as I've waited longer to see the doctor for most appointments. I called today to reschedule. I was put on hold then told there's a note on my account that I'm not allowed an appointment in their office??? I have a message in to the office manager, but if they want to deny patients medical treatment then so be it. I just want to make sure Dr. O'Keefe is aware of the situation. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This is the worst place I have been to for any healthcare treatment. The girls at the front desk have a terrible attitude. It seemed like they have rural excitement in an urban setting cos the energy I felt in this place was very toxic. From the time I walked in, to the time to I left. Never will I set foot in this place again. And they call it Foot health...smh. No wonder they treat feet. They may treat your feet, but you may loose your mind. Went in with an open mind but left with a closed one. If you want to have peace of mind, do not go this place. If I could give them 0.5 star I would give it to them. Terrible place...worst place to go. Dont say I didnt warn you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"I don't typically leave reviews but felt very strongly that I should for this location (North Andover). I was seen in the Tewksbury office first in 2021. I had several appointments and the staff in Tewksbury were wonderful. I was asked to have additional treatments in the North Andover office. When I went into North Andover I found the office staff to be a bit curt but ignored it. Recently (2023) I was again seen in the North Andover office. Not only was the the front office staff curt - they were rude! I will not be returning to this office."
