Store Space Self Storage

"I want to start with I am not yet a customer. I just observed a situation with a friend who was touring the facility because my friend is not computer savvy i decided to write this review on my own in my car. I came in with my friend to tour the facility and was greeted by the most pleasant person I have ever come across!! Jessica was in store alone assisting an older woman who seem to be quite frustrated Rambling on for a very long time about her own issues. Not once did Jessica rush this customer or make her or ourselves feel uncomfortable with the current situation. She made eye contact with us to assure us that we were going to be assisted while the customer would tend to get loud and frustrated. She offered us a seat, showed us the bathroom when walking in. I honestly never seen patients like hers. She kindly offered the lady water even though she was rude to her. Finally the lady offered to let us go first thank goodness. We did our contract and Jessica gave us a tour so smiled the whole time, we didn’t even have any question after the tour I am very impressed with the staff here. I want to end by saying most company phrases don’t have people that stand by them but Jessica Cares!!!! You got a keeper I’ll be sending all my friends look forward to meeting the other manager"

"There was some miscommunication with the room size and corporate. After that was figured out and settled, the owner himself called to make sure we were taken care of and he went above and beyond. Jessica and Sophia are the managers in the front office, they tried and did all they could to rectify the initial issues. I'm very shocked how they handled this and went out of their way to make their customers very happy. Thanks again for taking care of us. I recommend this place, they really care."

"This storage place is awesome! It is kept clean and the prices are very reasonable. Jessica was amazing in helping us with the paperwork, she made sure we understood everything and made it a smooth process. She even gave us a tour of the building and brought us to our unit to make sure we were satisfied with the size of the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"This storage place is amazing. Easy to navigate and fairly priced . The manager JESSICA is absolutely AMAZING. She is knowledgeable and one of the most empathetic people I’ve ever met. This unit is lucky to have Jessica as a manager. She helped me move to the unit painlessly as I faced sudden homelessness and never experienced storage units before ."

"Jessica in office saved my account with you, I spoke with customer service in my move in date the person that I spoke to the second time I called to have someone reach out (office staff was out sick) so I could get my lock for my unit I called in and was asked to wait 5-10 minutes if no one had reached out to me yet to call back (that rep was super sweet) I did not get a call back so I called to follow up, this representative was rude and nasty when I explained the situation she said well there is nothing I can do you will just have to come back, I let her know I was not comfortable leaving things unlocked and the lock was already paid for she said well there is nothing I can do let me suggest you go buy a lock for now. I was beyond ready to cancel and move out same day as move in however I was able to speak with Jessica the following morning she explained the illness and why no one was in (none of my business but super appreciated) I had also moved into the wrong unit Jessica fixed that with a smile for me. If it wasn't for Jessica you would have lost a rental please improve over the phone customer service... Let Jessica train them she will show them how to do it right."
