"They will legit pick the phone up and hang up on you instead of answering it. They have no managerial oversight here. These people feed off of the government and the poor as their form of "employment" and can't even complete their job duties effectively. Employing the people that work here to do nothing over the phone is costing taxpayers more in benefits and salary than welfare benefits for 100 families."
