Reviews
"They will legit pick the phone up and hang up on you instead of answering it. They have no managerial oversight here. These people feed off of the government and the poor as their form of "employment" and can't even complete their job duties effectively. Employing the people that work here to do nothing over the phone is costing taxpayers more in benefits and salary than welfare benefits for 100 families."
"Extremely rude representatives. Every time. I have been hung up on by employees on more than one occasion after waiting on hold for over a half hour. Absolutely ridiculous"
"Been calling all morning and all the robot does is tell me to call back at a different time due to high call volume. Can we please fix this. We used to be able to leave a call back . I’ve been struggling with these issues for 2 months . Can we please fix this. If I can’t leave my house how am I supposed to get my food stamps back."
"I've been calling DTA for the past 3 days. To change my address, no one answers the phone. They say they're having difficulties 3 days In a row"
"I've been calling the DTA helpline for 3 days in a row now and each time I get told there's too many calls and get hung up on. I called 3 minutes after the call center opened. Y'all like playing games with people's lives huh."
