"I am a proud patient of Dr. Vanessa Vidal, (5 + years) she is a great listener and Cares deeply for your entire well being. I remember my first visit with her. She, unlike any other doctor did a COMPLETE examination which took extra time and extra care. (not the usual 15 mins). She suggested thorough testing which I had never experienced before with any Doctor. I left that day (5+ years ago) feeling like this doctor cares and she does. I am soooo happy to have her in my life. I have HIGHLY recommend her to my mom and others and they are pleased with her too!! Completely satisfied."
"I came to her a few weeks after suffering from a concussion and TBI. She yelled at me and nearly had me in tears even after I tried to explain that I was having difficulty articulating what is happening. I couldn't remember an appointment date, which is why she proceeded to shout at me then point at her calendar and treat me like a child. She yelled "is it this day? Huh? Huh! Well you better find out!" She's really vile and enjoys humiliating people that are at a disadvantage. Do not go to her unless you enjoy being mistreated and yelled at. All I can think is if she treats someone with a head injury like this how does she speak to other patients?"
"It was the worst she had no compassion and looked at me for five minutes and I was told to go home and take over the counter . What! Also she didn't listen I'm in pain and also ask me the same questions over n over I think she needs to get check short term memory lost also I believe in listening to my patients and please have a heart I'm not looking for drugs but when over the counter doesn't help I would like for my doctor who I pay a lot for to LISTEN! I'm so disappointed never will I see her again! My midwives have more understanding and compassion ! Sincerely margarita!!"
