Called for an appointment to be disconnected then called back and I was told they couldn't make an appointment with my insurance which I didn't have right in front of me at the moment to call back and was told I needed to make a pre-screen appointment first before seeing a doctor for my complaint. The next available appointment was 2 months out. Crazy!"
