"Absolute WORST place!! Front desk is super unprofessional and run down! Phone number to office is barely on and when it is, no one answers the phone. Called 19 times in total to get through 8 times. Requested a referral those 8 TIMES before it actually got done. All times stating they didn’t have a request for it in the system.. so what were you doing the first 7 times I called?? Say ok then hang up n go back to gossiping?? Changing offices ASAP!"
"The office staff are awful, the phone system is awful. I have called them multiple times to set up a sick visit and the phone does not go through or rings like a fax and when someone finally picked up they hanged up again.So frustrating.Dr Kuinn is a wonderful doctor but the staff are not well trained."
