"This branch operates like the ones in the Boston area subpar. How is it that you can work for another branch that really tries to help client and employee by just doing there job. When posting a job consider taking the time to describe the job from the clients request to ensure workers are not mislead. Also pay your employees on time to insure a sense of trust. I know that you state you have a 24 hour policy but I have worked for a branch that I received pay on a Sunday 1 hour after finishing a shift that day, so yes you can do better. Never give medical or legal advice to employee regarding jobs that our outside your scope because you are neither doctors or lawyers. This is not that complicated, success begins with hard work. Hard work means putting effort into something that gives you a sense of satisfaction. Do better."
"This mf'ers only treat you like a person if you have your own transportation...They lost there way been working there on and off 8 years now and used to accomodate people with car pooling options. Now that my car is totaled from delivery driving I'm below them and sub-human. Should just change your name back to Labor Ready at this point. I can't even land a job to repair my car when I need it the most. Staff is always selfish and unprofessional as well. Theres way more temp agencies in the city do yourself a favor and google them instead."
