"I have never had such thoughtful, comprehensive primary care before. Dr. Love works to her strengths and has a network of trusted colleagues to recommend that she has vetted. I have been well taken care of without losing my agency."
"Dr. Love may be a kind person and qualified practitioner. However, the overall practice and office with whom she works is not to my liking. It is unfortunate for all who may need to use their services. While she may have a great deal of humanity and compassion. The office is robotic and sour. A terrible environment. This has been my experience more than once. I have found it necessary to look for another primary care physician at a critical time of my care. Extremely unfortunate. I wish her well."
"I switched to Dr Love from another PCP when my PCP left her practice. Our first meeting went really well, and Dr Love reiterated how she is really committed to her patients. So, when I spent a night in the ER following vomiting and a bad allergic reaction, and was sick for days following, I was very upset when the practice told me it would be WEEKS before I could see Dr Love. I told the office that wasn’t sufficient, so they set me up with another doctor in the practice. Dr Love ended up making time for me and moved some things around. I was really excited to be seen, as my symptoms hadn’t gone away. It was really disappointing that when I got to her office she ridiculed me for being late (I was on time), told me I created “a drama about being seen” and then dumped her problems about other physicians quitting onto me. A doctor should never make their sick patient feel worse. After taking a tone with me for 5 minutes, she asked me if I’d still like to be seen. I told her no, as I’d seen quite enough. I told her I couldn’t believe the way she spoke to me. Keep in mind, she never asked me what was wrong, why I was there. If I had the choice to see Dr Love again, I wouldn’t."
"Dr. Love is the most wonderful, compassionate, and kind doctor and human being. She is attentive and knowledgeable, and makes every patient feel at ease. When I had a minor health issue on a weekend, she promptly called me (even though it was a Sunday afternoon) and answered all of the questions I had. When it turned out that I had an infection, she made certain that I was able to start antibiotics immediately, then followed up with me to see how I was feeling the next day. A friend had a very similar experience. I am so grateful to have her as my PCP!"
"Dr. Love was very nice and experienced when I saw her and I was looking forward to have her as my primary. I was overdue for a physical so I called to make an appointment for my annual physical and the office told me that the earliest appointment was in 5 months!!!!. I am not a new patient!. They said there is nothing they can do and no one for me to see in the practice earlier. I think that waiting 5 months for an appointment with a primary is unethical and medically irresponsible . How can they take on so many patients that they can’t offer service to the once they already have? When I asked the staff that question they said that I was free to find another doctor in another practice. The staff was super condescending . I will not be returning to the practice again. I found another doctor and even as a first time patient, was able to book an appointment in 3 weeks time. Again, Dr. Love is a nice doctor but the way the practice is run is pretty terrible."
