"Check in was fairly quick even though I had to fill out paperwork and the office was going through a computer system change. The doctor was personable and pleasant. Then I went to hearing test room. The hearing test doctor was pleasant thorough and knowledgeable. Back to see the doctor. The doctor explained the test results. After all that I went to the hearing aid appointment window. Omg I had to step back away from the window. The person's voice was extremely loud. The person explained the hearing aid test procedure. I asked how would I know if they were helping me hear? I said they need to do a hearing test with me wearing the hearing aids to prove that they are helping me hear. I was shocked when the hearing aid appointment person said No. You will have to pay for another hearing test. I ended up making the appointment, but not impressed. How can they prove anb justify the purchase of any hearing aids without a comparative hearing test."
"We made it to the appointment on time. Checked in. Everyone else being called in. Went to ask about it she said someone checked us out. Waited again. Same thing said we would be next. Nope. Had to go up again. Then they said oh you will be next. 2 hours waiting. The actual appointment took about 5 minutes. Terrible service. Not one apology. Awful"
