"No showroom as advertised"
"Waste of my time. I went directly to the showroom with an outline of my kitchen in hopes to talk to someone there and get the ball rolling. Despite 3 people seemingly working there, nobody assisted me beyond taking my number and email and copying the outline. They didn't get back to me for a full week, and then once they actually scheduled time to look at my place, they postponed a day. Then after looking around they said they would get back to me the following week. There weeks later and 3 phone calls, I still haven't talked to anyone. Don't contact then unless you have zero urgency on your project and don't mind being treated like their last priority. I've wasted hours of my time with this company."
