They come on your property with no identification and when asked they get above the law attitude saying " they don't need to prove who they are". And The Pittsfield Housing Authority Maintenance "director" knows he has had carte blanche for yearly malfeasance at Providence Court - NAILING all functional windows in the Annex Building 379 East St shut, removing a/c and heat thermostats. Non functional air vents and central air units not working, refusal to test of toxic air quality in the Annex building, non compliance from SMOKING tenants. Fire Alarms goes off way too often for no legitimate reason, laundry room is a dump, And the list is way too long to go on, you get the point. Complain in writing AND go over their agency heads to the State level. And let local media know about brazen activity. And save your $$ to sue to actually get results."
