"Never again much as I educated consumers on researching before using I drop the ball on this one. I brought my car with low my and always service it and got warranty for my car as well . Long story short move to Georgia and need to have my car service so of course I look for the nearest Nissian Dealer to have car it done. Needed an alternator took there because when in Atlanta I took it to the Nissan in Stone Mountain. This where I thought because I never had issues after they service my vehicle that all Nissan where the same boy was I wrong. Took my car to get the alternator done drove to Atlanta car break down guess what it was the alternator. Car had to be towed and the only reason the the warranty people paid to fix it was because I not near the Nissan that fixed it. Then my power steering went down and they replace it because it was leaking. The facts stand as this since I took my car in for repairs each time my car was in there for more than 3 weeks each time. Every time I get it back it something else wrong with my car. No what really has me upset now is that when I went to pick my car up the last time my service engine light is on. Mind you I just got it back and it wasn’t on when I drop it off. We had to call the warranty people because she stated she couldn’t get them on the line. Then they where trying to charge a whole $$$ for things that they where said they fix with warranty the work. When I say so unethical and just wrong on so many levels. The fact honesty was never given when calling to even check on my car mad me even more upset. So please check reviews before ever taking to getting your vehicle service because I lost money on both end to get it serviced and not being able to work. I told my husband I will drive all the way to Savannah even now with the light own. We are living in a world now that people are doing things and it’s not right nor fair. Unfortunately this happen to me and I hope it help someone so they don’t have to endure this. Do your research and always read the reviews before never be so in a hurry that you don’t do your research and in a event like this keep your paperwork and contact your warranty company to verify all work done. Then find another dealer and have them to do video documentation of your vehicle before doing repairs ."
"I was informed by the “my Nissan” app that my 2024 Pathfinder had a recall for a drivers seatbelt rivet (something or another). I made an appointment through the app at 11pm on a Wednesday for 9:20 am on Thursday. And as always, they were courteous, prompt, and professional. This was my 6th Nissan from Woody Folsom Nissan since 2011 and I tell everyone where I get my cars from. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either!"
