"I tried a new shop in town that was convenient that we used to use years before. On my first trip it was just a simply oil change along with fuel filters. All well expect fuel filters. It cost me another week of down time due to some stand pipe thing in the fuel filter house that took 4 days to diagnose... Second trip was fine. Third trip truck was having fuel pressure issues. Hard to crank. Showed them the codes. Said it was the starter dragging and maybe sensors/Fuel pump. $12,000+ later along with 2 and half+ weeks of lost work I get the truck back to make one trip then have to return it due to engine miss firing. Another lost day of work and they still will not crank cold without ether. I just cut my losses there.... My home shop repaired the cranking issue by doing overhead adjustment on the valves. BAM! However, now I have several codes SPN 520268 FMI 16, SPN 157 FMI 16 that relates to that $12,000 fuel system overhaul that I paid that has cost me another 3+ days of downtime to get repaired at another shop...Just fyi UPDATE Had number three injector code on truck less then six months from repair...tried to get it repaired under warranty thru this shop but cannot get a call back. Wonder why? Had my company shop repair and take this shop to small claims court to recoup money. Damn shame customer service has to be this way in Toombs County."

"Was in there a a couple weeks ago, they had 2 counter guys waiting on people, answering the phones, playing switch board operator and trying to wait on customers and get parts for the shop! While the folks in the other offices were laughing and joking around. I was there close to an hour when one of them came over and ask if they needed some help, smdh, but they did have the parts I needed and they were correct. The young guy impressed me with his knowledge, especially when he said he only been doing it 6 months or so."
