"Ideal meals is an awesome health food store. As a once fast food junkie, I recently went through some lifestyle changes trying to eat more healthier. I read about Ideal online and began ordering. The meals are absolutely delicious. It is a lot cheaper than going to the grocery store or eating out. $7 for meals and $5 for desserts you get what you bargain for. They post up the menu weekly and shows the nutritional facts under every meal and every dessert. Also they post a different variety of meals weekly too. Keep in mind you have to order by Friday. The website will give you instructions. Amanda is one of the owners. She is one the nicest people you will ever meet. Very kindhearted as well. She gave me directions on how to warm up the meals. I can assure you the meals are delicious. For those of you who want to eat more healthy I truly recommend Ideal meals."
