"Orders are frequently incorrect. Even though the store receives APP and online orders, these orders are not honored by the store. They say, "We have nothing to do with the APP." APP orders also allow pickup times, but when the order is 15 minutes late they can't cancel the order to make sure one is not charged."
"Downloaded the app, went to window to pickup, was told had to come inside, order was suppose to be ready at 745, they completed the order when we walked in. It is 808 and I am still waiting on my order at the counter. Noone in here is handling business as it should be handled. I will never return to this place of business. There are other businesses that appreciate you more. The sign in here says treat every guest like a friend in your home! Oh my, I do not want to be a part of this home."
