"You know it’s bad when an employee walks from behind the counter to go sit down and says to the waiting customers, “GOOD LUCK”. What is going on with the night shift here???? Breakfast time here is flawless but dinner time is some of the worst service I’ve seen. I was handed the wrong food 3 times while the front counter employees were playing and acting like customers weren’t even there. I’ve even witnessed employees leave this place quitting in the middle of their shift. Where is management????"
"Nothing like paying over $11 for a meal, drive all the way home to find NO CHICKEN in your meal. Called in and management was rude and dismissive. Not even a simple apology."

"Not only did this establishment get the order completely wrong, the women working acted as if we were the ones who messed up the order. Even when they "corrected" our order, they still got it wrong. We ended up leaving without the breakfast we were trying to get. And what we did get was overcooked and absolutely disgusting. These women were very rude. They were very unprofessional. If this McDonald's loses revenue then we definitely can plainly see why. We most certainly will NOT be going back here. Poorly done McDonald's. These womens attitudes and behaviors were not warranted nor appreciated."
