Pizza Hut 610 South Harris Street, Sandersville, GA 31082

"Went last night at 9 pm (they close at midnight) and when my husband walked in to place an order, there were 4 staff members, and the lady told him they were closed! Granted, it is Friday, and Im sure they wanted to shutdown early. But 3 HOURS EARLY? Really?? If you dont want to work past 9 pm, then take a job that shuts down at 9pm and give the jobs to those who WANT to work. 3 hours of business is a lot of lost revenue. We did end up getting pizza, but drove down the street and ordered Dominos! It was fresh, hot, delicious and brought to our car with the sweetest smile!! Pizza Hut no more. We will only be ordering from Dominos in Sandersville from now on."

"I order out once a month prices being as they are. I always order from pizza hut! Where as the other take out restaurants give you one meal. I can get 7 from my pies I put some slices bagged in the refrigerator the rest bagged in the freezer. Later to be air fried. It cost the same as the other fast food establishments. Sometimes even cheaper .So enjoy your pizza!"

"So I just spent 60 dollars in here tonight had a minor mess up not to bad called to let them know a out the mess up and that my husband would be back up there to get what was missed lady answered the phone and put me on hold after waiting 15 minutes I told my husband just to head back up there and I would sit on the phone and wait we'll 40 minutes goes by no answer they did give me what was missed but I asked my husband was they busy and he said no a lady was getting her stuff together and going home and the rest was cleaning and my husband had to drive 20 minutes just to get back to pizza hut because we don't live in town and all they did was give me the wings that they put under the heat lamp and a free drink they didn't offer to remake the wings or anything like I feel this is the worst customer service I have ever received and I've received some pretty bad customer service I ended up hanging up the phone after waiting 40 minutes on hold I will be calling the store manager and corporate tomorrow"

"Went to this pizza store washroom Nd they don’t have soap in there. I doubt how there workers clean themselves after they use. Unhygienic place . Avoid eating here"

"Either close the store down or get new workers waiting three hours for pizza is crazy and I have no problem waiting but three hours then on top of that she put me on hold twice and told me it would be here with 15min after the first hour went by! That’s sad didn’t even call or nothing to try to notify me that my order would be 2 and half hours late"
