"What an absolutely horrible experience with these people. The woman I was put on the phone with actually hung up on me, on purpose. All for asking about social security cards for my children. Throughout the entire call it sounded like she wanted to be anywhere else other than working, she had an attitude from the minute she picked up, she was rude and walked a line of termination. I have a Masters Degree... I was polite and respectful and was asking reasonable questions. I would stay away from this place like it had the plague. Whatever culture these employees are around it seems cancerous."
"Been on hold for one hour!! I need to ask 1 question! In 1 hour, the offer to have someone call me when available, has been once!!! I missed it when it came around and haven't heard it since! Unreal!!!"
"Extreme disappointment in this office. My ex wife has been jerked around non stop. Most unprofessional employees We've ever dealt with. She has called many times and calls never returned. We finally spoke to a kevin today. He turned it all around and told her she can no longer call this office. That her case is closed. Yet her questions were never answered and her payments were supposed to start May 1st which aren't even in their system. She is disabled and they are refusing her help as she was originally told she would receive by Mrs L. Who ignored all calls by her. She always has witnesses on phone with her as they go through NOTHING they say and cause her so much emotional distress. What a horrible experience for her. We will continue this fight to get her the help she needs."
"Several people helping including myself have all been trying to navigate through this office on behalf of somone in desperate need for a benefit reinstatement. We have been met with a lack of service when needed most. No important callbacks when scheduled, nothing going on in the background concerning tasks taken, constant re-explaining and confusion within the office and client needs not met. No solution. No justice for someone who needs it, and just making things worse."
"What a nightmare this office has been. Stay away from this office If you can. They tell you what you want to hear and than don't go through with what they say. Mrs L told me my benefits would be started again and she never even put it in computer so now I'm fighting a huge battle to get my benefiys started back up. . She also has never returned any of my calls. A corrupt office indeed. She told me many things would happen and went through with nothing she said and is completely avoiding me. Down to an overpayment they are stating I have and after I appealed twice they gave me my personal meeting with no knowledge I was having it! Than said I am denied and to please send in 35,000! I have had zero luck in that office. Like I said it's been a nightmare dealing with this office and thats an understatement. . Going up the ladder now."
