"Second and last time that we'll come to this location. We're used to CSC in Tiger Town. That's where the staff has manners. We stood at the counter for what seemed like forever before being waited on. Finally the female taking the orders has no clue about manners. Obviously she comes from a family that never taught her to say, "thank you," but as your employee, it's your job to teach her! It's not that difficult! It's about 80° inside the seating area. That's exactly the same experience as last time. Lastly, the bathrooms are disgusting, but the employees have plenty of time to chat!Between the rude behavior and the lack of moving air, it's quite apparent that they don't want customers inside. Y'all can do better than this. Leave the Walmart employees to Walmart. Hire folks that have manners! Check out the reviews or stars of any Chick-Fil-A. Does anyone really think their food is that good? No! It's because the employees are trained to be polite! Management: please don't patronize me with your form letter response. "I would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to get dinner for my family tonight. Ordered almost 120 dollars for my family. . I live almost 30 minutes away. When I got home, I did not have any of the family size chicken salad. I have all the sides…. Wonderful. I have to go spend more money now to get my family dinner closer to home. It is storming. When I called the store, I requested an entire refund as I still have no dinner for my family. I was told by manager that she would refund my entire order. After speaking with GM, they offered fur be to stop by next week to get my left out chicken salad. Some wonderful customer service there GM. I will be disputing these charges . And will not be partaking of this restaurant in the future. I will kindly drive to a different chicken salad chick if at all….. there were at least 10 kids standing around there talking…. Not working and I still did not get my food. So customers, beware. Choose elsewhere…. If they get it wrong. You are just left holding the tab. Good luck."

"Yes!! Loved the service, location, parking, clean restrooms, and the food was amazing!! Wish the pics had food. But we ate the grape salad (licked the bowl) and the 2 types of chicken salad were gobbled up quick!! We will be back, a lot!! ❤️"
