"Visited Krystal restaurant on Brainerd Road it is only been open a little under a week walked in and placed my order twice and went through the drive-through and all three times. My order wasn’t fit to eat. Sausage comes in pre-cooked. They put it in the oven to warm it up and brown it it was cold through and through the eggs, weren’t and only received a teaspoon of grits and a bowl for my side of grits. I’ve reached out to management at the Krystal, location. The girl at the drive-through pretty much laughed in my face. I’ve been a cook for 30 years and seven of those years I cook for Krystal back in the early mid 90s corporate office as well as email heard nothing yet. Almost $30 worth of food that wasn’t fit to eat."

"Bad. Very very bad. I don’t think I’ve ever given a one-star review, but this place deserves it. I walk in and the floor is sticky, the bathroom is gross, the tables are sticky and littered with trash. I then stood at the counter (not in line) for 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I ordered the bacon ranch cheddar fries, and they gave me chili cheese fries with bacon on top. When I asked for the correct thing politely, I was ridiculed. The staff is so out of it, always. I won’t be back to this location."

"Omg.....the service was slow. I ordered 2 of the $5 meal deals. Adter sitting at the drive thru window for almost 5 mins, a person (I think she was the manager) came to the window and said they only had 3 of the 4 chicks and asked if I wanted to wait an additional 4 mins for them to cook some more or another Krystal in its place. When I got back to my job, I noticed none of the chicks had the cheese I asked and paid for, the fries were old and cold. When I tried to call the store, the phone just rang. I called several times but to no avail. I will NOT visit this location ever again. The employees were walking around outside. Those that were in the building were walking around aimlessly, as though they had nothing to do. One was cussing while the window was wide open. The girl on the window just left it open and the manager left it open. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any Krystal location."

"It's ok. Bathroom was super nasty and it was 8:30am so seems like it would have been claimed last night once all the customers were gone. The friendliness of the staff is only okay or mediocre-at-best. The food is usually pretty good and fresh though"

"You know when you crave a Krystal nothing will do but dang bad service puts a bad taste in my mouth!! Not once, not twice , but three times so maybe I can get a good that's as good as we use to put out . That's how I know it's really not hard to do if you LISTEN!!!! SO ANY BODY KNOW A GOOD SERVICE,GOOD FOOD KRYSTAL..... I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT TO Get My CRAVING On!!!!"
