"ANOTHER UPDATE: Still no apology after 5000 views. I'm not asking for money or discounts. Customer service no longer exists! UPDATE: It's been 2 weeks and still no reply to the email you requested I send. If I could give no stars I would! I have been a loyal customer for a very long time, but will be going elsewhere! There was a dispute about what I was told on returns, basically telling me the woman we had bought the cartridge from 5 min before said things she did not say. The last straw was when I tossed my card on the counter (from my wheelchair) & the guy said I shouldn't throw things at him......if I threw it I would've aimed for his face & not the counter. I can't believe that we were lied to & told what she said was incorrect. I even asked them to pull up the cameras to prove what was said. McGuire, we love you but we won't be back anytime soon! The truly sad part is the when we went to ReLeaf, the woman apologized for what your company did!!!!!!!!!"
