"Depends on who is behind the counter but usually great service reps that help you find exactly what you're looking for even if it's not a particularly high-cost item. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Although I'm not one to blow up anyone's employment there is one rep that really doesn't like to move from their seat and interact with customers and it's glaringly obvious in their forced smile when you walk in. I want to assume they're just having an off day, which happens to the best of us, but it's been a repeat occurrence. Other than that, I've been to two locations and nothing but the best from them!"

"TERRIBLE and RUDE. WASTE OF MONEY. This place sells the cheapest quality imaginable. Poor quality glass, I bought my quartz banger here and was very gentle taking it home and putting it in my piece. The bucket fell off the second I attached it to the rig. The owner was rude to the point of being offensive when I explained what happened. I will never shop here again and will tell all my friends the same thing. Save your money look ANYWHERE else"

"They have a wonderful selection. I was greeted by Sarah upon entering the shop. She gave great suggestions. Even as it got busy, she still helped me get my vaporizer set up (charged the battery, primed my coil, filled the tank). 10/10 would recommend. Great staff, great service, and quality products.
