Cesario's Pizzeria

"I’ve worked at Pizza places, legit Italian restaurants, and even opened and ran a wood oven kitchen heralded as the best in town back home and I still have not had as great an experience as I had at Cesario’s. The pizza is borderline perfect: the dough recipe for the crust is perfect, the toppings innovative and researched, the sauce is perfection, if they would mix their own sausage it would have been perfection. The atmosphere was casual but slightly upscale without trying too hard. The service was great considering they had a 14 person party inside. Our server, Bre, was well trained, attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. We will be back every single week. I can’t go more than a week without that pizza. Only negatives were uncomfortable chairs outside where we sat and the aforementioned sausage, you could save money and it would taste better if mixed in house. Best dining experience I’ve had since leaving NC."

"I have dined in twice with my sister and friends and got takeout omw to work another night. The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients each time. I highly recommend the forbidden fruit pizza (we got it with no bacon). The vegetarian calzone was also one of the best I've had."

"I went on opening day, and had the "Salt of the Earth" pizza, a fig spread with hot honey bread appetizer, and pistachio cannolli as a to go desert. They treated me well, the service was fast. Unfortunately, the computer system was not functioning when I visited so I had to leave my card number and information with them. The indoor seating area felt smaller than the outdoor seating area. I'm already thinking about how cramped it will be during winter time. I will visit again and try more of the menu."

"Had to try this place been waiting awhile. The owner has been posting teasers on Facebook. I have to say I’m very pleased with this place. The pizza was outstanding, the tortellini was breathtaking and the bruschetta with tomatoes was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. For dessert the gelato hit the spot. Will definitely be back to support this local business owner and friend"

"Our first visit and let me say, this place is frikkin' awesome!! We got the tomato bruschetta, 2 pizzas, a canzone, and canoles. We weren't disappointed by ANYTHING. Our server Max(?) was on top of it, we had small requests, and he handled them expertly. Management was walking around talking to everyone. It was a great experience. The food was great, and the service (this place was PACKED BTW) was impeccable. The atmosphere was on point. Of course, it's all new, so it looks good, but it was clean, and they have been open for a few days. They strive to give you a unique pizza experience, and they expertly hit the mark, IMO. You guys have a great place, and we will definitely be back, and we will be recommending this place to everyone."
