"I come in here about 5 times a week and I have mixed emotions. First the store staff gets 5 stars bc the young man who’s here damn near 24hrs a day still finds a way to greet me with a smile. MAPCO corporate or whatever region/division this is gets ZERO stars bc there is NO WAY IN HELL ONE PERSON should be working every single day all hours of the day! What kinda communist regime is at work here- y’all gotta be breaking DOL laws."
"We stop here and get gas on Fridays after our Sam’s run. The store always smells and looks clean. I saw the blonde lady sweeping outside one day and I was blown away by that."
"Will NEVER be coming back here again. I CANNOT believe that they talked to my grandfather this way especially with him being black and elderly which makes it even worse!! They tried to take advantage of him. Me and my grandparents went here to get gas. My grandfather got done pumping the gas and he had to go in and get his receipt..when he went in they REFUSED to give him a receipt. They were saying That the system was messed up and they weren’t able to print a receipt. My grandfather then said that he needed to get his receipt and he didn’t want to leave without it. The female cashier smarted off and yelled at him saying that they couldn’t print It off so he could just leave. Their attitude changed when the police were threatened to be called out there. And when I came in she instantly went over and printed a receipt. VERY VERY rude and disrespectful. These people need a lesson in MANNERISM and in being RESPECTFUL!!!!"
"Very rude costumer service, the cashier was very rude and acted like we are asking for free stuff, the costumer in front of me was asking for some cigarettes and some other stuff and the cashier was eating wile she is talking to her she denied to sell cigarettes by the carton even dough they have an advertising laying at the cashier station and it says LIMIT 5 CARTONS OF CIGARETTES PER COSTUMER. She got only 2 packs and she told her that was the limit. I ask to get 40.00 on pump #2 she said what else? I replied that will be all can I get my receipt please, she gave me a look and said we Don't give receipts on gas and walked away. Honestly I will take my business somewhere else, it seems like there is some people already have the same issue at that gas station."
"Very rude cashier lady. I asked for 2 cartons of cigarettes & she snapped at me & said: "Oh, we don't sell cigarettes by the carton. You got to buy them by the pack." Who doesn't sell cartons? Never going back. Today was my LAST visit to this place!"
