"When I first started working at Tape It l was very happy l like all the people l worked with but now is completely changed for the worse the biggest problem for me was the failure to communicate with some workers due to language barrier.l was a good worker making sure my job was clean and ready.But it came to my attention that quality was not that important it’s quantity that matters the most.l was also disappointed to find out that when problem arise only certain nationalities are treated a lot different than others l have never ever worked in a place where employees are not treated equal l can say that because it happens to me and others too.I was let go because l was always late but that’s ok l deserved that but there are employees that are given special treatment and it is ok for those employees to have their own time to come to work.The work environment and the supervisor handling the employees problem is very poor in handling the situation."

"If you don't speak Spanish don't try to work there the manager Daisy has been told to speak English but constantly speaks Spanish by getting louder when you tell her you don't understand. The work environment is not Friendly you are told to not talk but can talk if you speak English. Made to feel like an Outsider but most of all the only perfect people are the Spanish people in this warehouse."
