"I would give this car wash zero stars if I could. The ONLY reason I use this car wash is because it’s the only touch free car wash around. They advertise they offer 4 different car wash packages. Untrue. You will be charged $10 regardless of which one you pick. The owner/manager will text back and give you a refund IF you bring it to their attention. I’ve also gone over to the dealership and spoke with the owner/manager. He was nice but the problem hasn’t been fixed. We went through today and just did the $10 since that is what I’ll be charged anyway. Went to vacuum and deposited $1.00 into the machine. Nothing. It basically took my money. This car wash really needs some maintenance and has needed maintenance for quite some time."

"Helped me find the car I really wanted, very friendly staff, clean building, and creates a great, positive environment even when faced with an ugly situation with an upset customer (caused by reasons created by the customer, not by the establishment). Really enjoyed the experience and getting to know those I interacted with"

"I recently got a Divorce and the damage it does to ones credit sucks, I visited a local repair body shop and an elder man sold me 2 vehicles that weren't even passing admissions and he called himself doing me a favor. I request that he refund me and he tells me he was not in the financial position to refund me my money. Then refunds me $500 out of $2200.00 I paid. Having to scrap up again, I went and visit BJ Smith the most genuine person nitbonky her but the staff as well were honest and given me advice and given me some options for vehicles. What I want and what I got was EXACTLY what I wanted. I am so grateful. Need a reliable car this is your place people."

"The management is Rude, Was in there practicing law, without a BAR card. Saying that the law says he can sell me a vehicle for the full amount, then I asked what law and he says, oh I don't know off hand, and that was the manager. Actually told me take my business elsewhere. Very Unproffessional and is Discriminatory. Just because I am native American. And am not required to have a State Drivers License, he told me he would sell me a car. I have never met such disrespectful managers. I showed up to tender payment for the full amount of the car, and was told he would not sale me a car unless I had a Georgia drivers license. He was not negotiable, and very rude. I told the manager I would just call a tow truck, he refused to accept my tender, and threatened me to "have me moved". Very unsatisfied and will never recommend them to anyone."

"People were really nice, but my transmission went out three days after I bought a car that I overpaid for in the first place. If you want good service go here if you want a car that you can drive go somewhere else and save money and hassle."
