"I'm out of town working in Lagrange and my car started having problems cranking I call them and they tell me that they have no other cars available and they tell me I can take it to the shop but the shop is booked I call again and they tell me the same thing I call a third time they tell me they would call me when a car come available it should be today nothing so I called customer service at 6:40pm and they put in a order and they said that my car would be hear in 2 hrs and I wait until 10 and nothing and I call back and they tell me my ticket had been canceled and didn't even call me to tell me they are very unprofessional"
