"I have been a customer here for almost 6 years. This is where I bought my 4Runner, where I financed it, and I have been a loyal customer ever since and this is the only place I have had my vehicle serviced. I made an appointment for 7:30 this morning, got there a few minutes early, a technician came out a bit later to tell me what they recommended- which totaled out to almost $1,000. I told them to go ahead and do those things because I always follow their recommendations and have been a loyal customer. After 2 and a half hours, I went to inquire about how much longer it would be. I asked the cashier and she told me I could ask the technician. So I did. I said, “hey, I know they were doing a lot, but I’ve been here over 2.5 hours and was wondering how much longer it might be.” The technician told me they were doing a lot, but he would check on it. He came back and said it would be another 20 minutes. When it was time for me to pay, the technician walked up to the cashier after calling my name, and they both leaned in very close talking with one another and then the cashier made eye contact with me and realized I was watching them as I approached , and they both stopped talking mid sentence. I’m not stupid. I’m not mad about spending 3 hours waiting for my car to be serviced, I’m not even mad about spending almost $1000 on their recommendations today, but to talk about your customers- someone who had committed to being a loyal customer and has always paid for their recommendations, is just poor taste and terrible customer service. They have always done good work on my 4Runner, and I had never had a bad experience until today. Today was the last time I gave them my business."
"Went to them with a bad car battery that was still within an 84 month warranty. I had just had that battery for less than a year and I had had to jump start it again and again. The service guy gaslighted me into believing that there was nothing wrong with my battery. He tested it until it gave a positive result. I went to another Toyota dealership and they replaced the battery. The problem was the 550 cca Toyota truestart battery didn’t have the required cold crank amps left. I don’t recommend this dealership. The customer knows his car best. The customer service could have taken care of me better instead of causing me inconvenience. Edit: In response to the response below, A service order never got created. The service guy simply was reluctant to acknowledge that there could be anything wrong with the battery. He just started giving a bunch of excuses such as lights left on, extended radio usage, etc. I had to leave because he did some random tests and showed me the battery was ok. The main machine wasn’t working. The new dealership tested the CCA at 10.86, which was unacceptable for a 550 CCA battery. I didn’t catch the guy’s name."
"I had a great experience working with LaGrange Toyota on a service bulletin for my 2015 Highlander. I purchased my vehicle from another local dealer who, unfortunately, did not handle the issue appropriately and left me high and dry. LaGrange Toyota was a bit of a drive from me, but well worth it. Michael Baker and the whole team were incredibly helpful, communicative and empathetic to my situation. They honored Toyota's service bulletin for my vehicle and provided an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend making the drive to LaGrange Toyota if you need to purchase or service a Toyota. Thank you to everybody who helped with my vehicle, and especially to Michael. He was professional, proactive and provided the best service experience I've ever had with a dealership."
"Ease back on the amount of times you call, text, email, offer and oil change. I got it, man. I keep coming back right? You don't need to contact me nearly a dozen times for one appointment. I'm capable of making it on time. Other than that everything is groovy. What a superb place to wait for your car to be maintained. Highly recommend."
