"The woman working at the desk was very kind and helpful. However, after we had reserved our UHaul and traveled 2 1/2 hours to pick it up, the vehicle we reserved was not available. After calling customer service, there were a few other trucks located an hour or more away. We were not able to move our storage items after driving all the distance and received no notification prior to our arrival of the need to cancel our reservation."

"I made a mistake and booked the wrong day for a u-haul I really needed. I received a text stating I was an hour late for my reservation. Again this part is my fault. I called because I can not do with out a truck for the next day. I was told very quickly there was nothing that could be done for me. It's a busy moving weekend for this area. The truck was reserved online for 24 hours with the drop off location as optional. The drop off location was definitely set for another city. I was told a truck I reserved for 24 hours was not going to be there in 24 hours because it was reserved at 11 AM. So whomever that truck was reserved for would've been disappointed as well. My issue is with the lady I spoke to on the phone. When I asked if there anything that could be done for me she promptly said "no." She could not be bothered to check her computer to see of there was any customer service or alternatives at other places or anything that might help me. I may have to use u-haul elsewhere for my immediate emergency. After this incident my first option from now on will be to look at uhaul's competitors 1st. Maybe they will want my money."
