Kia West Point Assembly Plant

"I have a 2024 Kia K5 GT line car now for ten months. For the past eight months the chrome around the rear window is come loose and I can not get it repaired and it is a recall. I am told by three dealerships the parts are unavailable and back ordered and I am looking at possible replacement parts 2025 maybe. Please help or put me in an identically same car color and panoramic sunroof in Wolf Grey. This has made me ill emotionally. I live this day and night. I live your cars but this one has many issues. "It is not at all the fault of some of the accidents ECT.on the vehicles it is no one wants to reply until the damage has been done the recalls are sent out just not acknowledged KIA is a great place to buy your car just want to say ty KOA cause you can only die so much"

"I worked the as a temp during swing shifts 1st to 3rd shift then 2nd, I never missed a day there as a temp for 6 months straight. I got hired on and another 6 months probation. During that 6months probation I got sick during the swing shift and I couldn’t use any sick leave or pto because I’m on probation I had Covid. Then I came back I got called to HR and this guy in a ponytail said they will review me during my time off with no pay. So I got let go for being sick during probation. I tried going back to kmmg but I can’t, HR told me I can’t work at kmmg ever again. I asked why they said my attendance I explained and told them I had Covid. Well still can’t go back there ever again."
