"The truck I ordered was available at the time I expected. The truck was not clean in driver/passenger area even though the lady claimed she swept it. Problem is it needed a vacuuming compared to other U-Haul locations I have used in past trucks. Yet! I got charged for returning unclean vehicle! I will never go back or recommend this store to anyone ever!!!! A straight setup for an undeserved charge. I’m apparently the fifth victim with this lady and she lies."
