"The two women working today were incredibly helpful and saved my butt. I sold an item online and mailed it two weeks ago. The buyer was worried that it hadn't arrived and I couldn't find my receipt with the tracking number for them to check the status. I had the date and approximate time of the post office transaction and the employees went out of their way to find a copy of the transaction and got me the tracking number. I really appreciate the extra effort."

"For the last several months, mail has been getting mixed up with houses and neighbors. As well as important products that have been brought to the wrong places. Now, today I come home to find my graduation pictures all bent in the mailbox. My college is no longer processing photos to order anymore, I am pretty sure an F4 means not to putting items in a mailbox and hand delivering it. I am not impressed! How much more time does it take to kindly take care of items that people may not be able to replace or pay for?"

"At windjammer Apts the New guy keep screw up the mail and packages! Everyone here keep complaining about him, packages been missing, keep receiving other people's mail!!!! If he don’t know to do his job right Find other job them!!! And his very rude I ask him a question about my packages been missing and he was very very rude!!! I miss Rose she was great good worker and knows what she was doing We never had a problem! Please find someone who knows to do THIS JOB! Thanks!!!!!!"
