"Vacated my unit, can't connect with a human to end my lease. Under my last items I was presented with mouse droppings. You guys have 1 job and that's to keep things out of the elements and free from infestation. Poorly staffed, failing equipment, lot has had many potholes for years that have been half heartedly patched before being reopened after a couple of weeks and abandoned."

"This place is fine but there’s not usually a staff member around and you better wear ice cleats if you don’t want to fall and break your back bones. This is a picture I took a few days ago. Have they put ice melt out yet? No. Please be aware and check the grounds and the rating will go up! This is pure thick ice. I almost fell on my butt, my car stopped me."
