"Parking machine at Horseneck Beach screwed me out of $13. Have had zero luck trying to get a hold of someone there about a refund but I get no response from emails and voicemails. It's not the 13 bucks. It's the principle of it. We pay these people with our taxes and no one will respond. Brutal."
