"Bring your empty gas bottle to the loading dock. The entire transaction is done there. Their employee takes down all your information and takes payment into the store. He came back with a receipt to sign and got my replacement bottle."

"The manager, Vinnie, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful to an obvious amateur walking in off the street. Was very helpful, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel at all like an amateur (which was pretty obvious)."

"This location of airgas is very disorganized. They delayed our order for 2 weeks after ordering. When the order arrived they mistakenly delivered nitrogen and told us it was nitrous oxide. Airgas was completely unaware until we commented that the tank color was wrong. Sending the wrong medical medication is obviously a major error and they were very cavalier when we told them of the error. I would highly recommend not using this location."
