"i would rate these people a zero but it's not available. The 1st week the driver never showed but put customer was not home in his records. on another week no show and no call so i contact customer care and they said he will be here 2 days later and still no show, no call THESE PEOPLE HAVE YOU SITTING HOME WAITING FOR NOTHING, THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!"
"After having a knee replacement my insurance helped me order 4 weeks worth of meals to help in food prep while I was extremely limited in mobility and unable stand for doing food prep. We chose GA Foods. I received a call from GA Foods to organize a time for delivery so I could have someone here to receive. The meals were planned for the day after I came home from surgery. Then 2 weeks following. 3 weeks later no meals. Several calls and emails send with no reply from the company. Finally 3 and a half weeks later the first meals arrive send on standard 3 to 7 day postage (not 1 to 2 day shipping as promised) . Meals arrived after 4 days in shipping in summer, warm and no good. I was told they would be shipped 1 to 2 day FedEx shipping. Again no responses from the company. Highly recommend using a different vendor."
