"Tom Clark is absolutely amazing!! I really appreciate the whole 6 hours that you took of your time to make sure I left the lot with the perfect car! If you need a good salesman I highly recommend him!!"
"Well I do want explain why I have two stars when I should have not my husband search for month for me a new mail car this place had exactly what he wanted me to have they was very eager to sell him that vehicle even offered a great ext warranty so he bought it we drove it one week and noticed it had massive oil leak took it back to the place cost us out pocket 1800 after they said the extended warranty would cover only day before they called back warranty invalid because it a delivery vehicle but they knew we was looking for a delivery vehicle when we purchased this van we failed to inspecting the vehicle better but they failed by knowing the issues the vehicle had they agreed to pay half the cost it had blowed head gasket oil leak cost total 3600 never again when I buy a vehicle from them again very upset and have bought more then once from this place people becareful when you are approached by sales person they out for them self to sell what ever they have to say get you buy they will say it where still waiting on the extended warranty refund because they sold us a policy invalid !!!!!not happy with this at all!!!!"
"Outstanding, experience at Mtn. View Chevrolet working with Benjamin. They got right back with me after inquiring about an Alfa Romeo they got in the day before that I found online. When I got down there Benjamin was exceptional - just answered all my questions, really laid back, not pushy or salesy at all… and just helpful. Our experience was surprisingly pleasant all around and we got a great deal! I love my new car!"
"I was on vacation with the family and the drivers front brake started dragging on my 2018 Tahoe, I took it to the dealership in town knowing it would be a quick easy fix (was 99% sure it was the rubber line, it was) figuring they would get me in and out, after waiting in the hot waiting room for 2 hours the service rep told me it would be almost $800 and they wouldn't get to it until the next day as they didn't have the parts, I looked him square in the eye and said "I'll do it myself in a parts store parking lot before I give you $800, that is ridiculous!" So that is exactly what I did, while my wife and 3 year old had a picnic, I swapped out the brake lines, took me about an hour and $100 in parts."
"My experience is detailed below in q and a from the dealer. I felt a bit betrayed that trade offers are not honored here, even if in writing. And Sales Manager Jeff will try everything to ensure you get next to nothing on your trade unless. GM Larry knows the business and how to sell cars and he is the reason we drove out of there in a new Chevy 2500 HD Did you feel that the time spent with you was sufficient on the delivery of your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD? Yes. It was a 4 week process and y’all’s persistence paid off Did anyone else on my team do something to have a positive impact on your overall experience? I will say that the (GM) is the one that closed the deal. Between Brian, Andrew, and Haleigh, it was a lot of canned follow up texts, every few days for 3.5 weeks. “Would love to get you in a new truck”, “what can we do to close the deal”, and each time for 3 weeks I shared that we need the price to be competitive with Donohoo’s 5k lower price on same truck…no response, then 2 days later a canned text gets sent of “what can we do to close the deal”. We probably replied 10 times with “the price needs to be closer to Donohoo.” We paid a deposit a week ago on the same truck at Donohoo and we were scheduled to go close the deal Memorial Day but Mtn View GM saw that he had a customer that was buying a truck no matter what it was just a matter of who from, and he made the offer at the right price point Was there anything you felt Andrew Wilson left out that would have helped you better understand your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD? No. He was very available for any questions we had. He even set me up on Chevy app and got our teacher discount filled out Did Andrew Wilson introduce you to our award-winning service team? Yes he did and we got a great tour of facility from him. Overall we would rate our experience 7 out of 10. Communication was poor in regards to quote sheets we were given. We spent an hour plus with Andrew and Brian a month ago and Brian Typed up and offer, on Mtn View letterhead, of a trade offer of 35k for a Bronco and 10k for a F150. We came in Monday with that offer assuming Mtn View would honor it. Jeff pulled a poor move and looked at our pristine f150 with new transmission and meticulous detail job and told us it’s fair condition because the AC doesn’t work and offered 3k. That is a move to take advantage of customers. I walked out there started it and turned on the AC and Jeff said oh.. it does work. Then I told him Brian offered us 10k and Jeff said that’s not Valid because Brian no longer works there. I told Jeff that’s absurd…Brian offered us 10k in writing as a representative of Mtn View, not as a private sale. Our deal was NOT made with a guy named Brian, but with a Company, your Company.. Then Jeff doubled offer to 6k and said the condition rating was low due to miles and year. Jeff needs to understand how the condition rating works. It is condition of that vehicle, not based on year and miles. Because The GM Larry stepped in again and accepted my counter of 7k and saved a customer. But why the 4k swing? Why not put your best offer on the table at first??? but bottom line is MTN View offered us 10k and 35k and didn’t honor it, but changed it to 7k and 34k, we lost out on 4k. Jeff was kind and did what he could to keep us from leaving but the GM giving me 7k and cutting 4500 of msrp I’m a buyer that has bought nothing but Fords for 30 years. I decided to jump to the Chevy side of life. I love the vehicle, I just wish my experience was a bit better purchasing. I felt manipulated and that offers on paper are not honored"
