"Warning Don’t rent from enterprise.Horrible customer service. First off I Ask not to get a diesel truck and when I got there it’s a dented up diesel truck. Inside uconnected didn’t work said it needed service . Then While we walked around the truck I pointed out the dents and cracked the guy said that’s all we got no worries about the dents and crack in windshield and when I return the truck everything was good. Hour later they call and say they are going to charge me a deductible to fix what was already done to truck a now they tryna charge my card $1000 I will be calling hR Monday morning and will never rent from this enterprise again. Hertz rental would be a much better option."

"We were travelling from Canada on our way to Fort Lauderdale when our truck broke down in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We had a trailer & our two dogs with us, one very elderly. We found out that our truck needed a part that hasn't been available for months in all of North America! We called late in the day on a Friday, my husband spoke to Louis, he said there was a work truck, and could we get there by 5pm. Well, we hit traffic, under stress, couldn't find it, I called and Louis and he said don't worry I will wait for you. We got to have our wonderful vacation because of Louis, words cannot describe how grateful we are to him. We had to keep the truck and drive it back to Michigan. "I had to rent a truck to help my daughter from Tennessee to Houston. Luis and Julie were AMAZING, very welcoming. Julie answered all my questions and made me feel like I would be completely safe in the truck for our trip to Houston. The truck was very smooth and the trip went well. I wish I could say the experience dropping off the truck but Jennifer in Houston wasn’t the best. But I called Julie in Tennessee and she took care of my issue. I would definitely go back to Julie/Luis but would prefer to drop off at a different location in Houston."
