"I went in buying some pokemon card the twilight masquerade set to be specific and I wanted to price match with a competitor and I’ve had no issue price matching with other game stops in the pass I priced match with another game stop the week before and I was told game stop doesn’t price match even tho the policy states if you’re a valid pro member they can price match with competitor as long it’s sold and ship by them and the company who I was trying to price match with fell within the policy and I was told they were able to price match but when I got to the register to check out it was all of a sudden they weren’t able to price match and the associate there was named Zander or something relatively close to it"

"Terrible costumer service by angelica...traded in a warranty as was the guy in front of me she didn't check the system gave it to me smelling like a box of cigarettes"

"Walked in now one asked if I needed help but I understand that a couple bad customers make you dislike others, other than that real nice workers gave my daughter a surprise she talked about it the whole way home not sure the lady's name but definitely deserves some recognition for going above what is called for in her job"

"I simply came in to see the prices of the controllers. When I asked the worker about a price about one, he didn’t seem interested in helping at all. He didn’t even look at me until I had to repeat my question because he was too busy on his computer. The answer he gave wasn’t even the price, he was telling me not to waste my time with the cheaper controller so I guess I’ll never know the price"

"Always nice folks very helpful places always either busy or packed. It's in the Walmart shopping center. Which parking is limited and then you've got all the. Ending out going traffic trying to get in an out of there. Which is a mad house sometimes better than that for location? Is great because it's located near a lot of other big stores Walmart, Lowe's and several great restaurants"
