"Every employee at this location has the worst attitude. The tall man, young girl with braids, older woman with braids, and younger man. They all acting like the customers are bothering them by coming into the store. I saw four other customers be given rude attitudes by each of the employees. If it wasn’t so far out of my way I would have gone to another location. Do yourself a favor and do all your business online or at other locations. Avoid the Smyrna location at all costs."

"While they do offer fast internet, be careful not to fall for their trap. They pretty much forced me intona land line which I never wanted. Then they have recently continuously increased my bill. It went from $45 to $92 in just 3 months. The internet they provide does not justify the costs"

"Ashley Zelaya helped me today in my change from AT&T service to Spectrum service. She was GREAT! Sooo patient and kind. Most people her age try to get rid of senior citizens as quickly as possible, but not Ashley. She took her time and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. Spectrum needs to try to find more young people like Ashley, but she might be one of a kind. She is very knowledgeable about the products. There wasn’t anything I asked her about that she didn’t know. I don’t know how much y’all are paying her, but I do know it isn’t enough. She’s the perfect employee. Spectrum is so very lucky to have found her."
