"Customer Service stinks! Rented a Uhaul in Texas when I picked up the truck there was no gas in it when I returned it to this Dothan location with low gas (more than what was in it when I rented it) I was treated like a liar when I explained that when I picked it up it wasnt a full tank. Assocaite made me wait a hour till the Uhaul dealer in Texas opened to get someone on the phone to verify that the truck was low on gas when I rented it. Horrible service if you ask me."
