"Why are there NO Signs on the street. One supervisor says Flag the Bus! Doesn't work. Bus drivers just drive by. Poor signage and there doesn't seem to be any resolve. A plethora of MISINFORMATION!!!! Administration really need to send scouts on the lines, view the bus videos, don't placate people. MBTA works on resolving customer concerns. Perhaps look into contacting the MBTA so the BAT system can join the app that provides the riders with real time information on buses. Thank you MBTA officials for being proactive and having your rider's best interest in ❤️. Hopefully BAT will catch up soon"
