"Just moved to the area from Florida, and took my atlas in for service this morning. They quoted two hours to inspect it and change the oil. My husband explained the urgency of needing to leave to pick up child from School, and the front desk scowled like it wasn't their problem. When he asked about loaner cars if need be while they did the necessary repairs, they said they didn't offer that and he would have to rent a car. It took three hours. It was a horrible customer service experience ."

"I went to purchased an Atlas Cross Sport 4-13-24. Jose Rodriquez was my sales consultant. I wanted to purchase the ‘ 24 Atlas is Kingfisher Blue, this was a baseline car that I was shown.. I wanted it with a sunroof, and fully loaded. I was told that those features only came on the higher end cars, and that would be on a price range of $5000 more. The mention car was already at $46 grand. He said that VW didn’t expect military ID unless the person with the ID had to be a co-signer,. He told me that the Kingfisher Blue was hard to find. He also said that VW doesn’t let anyone special order vehicles since Covid. All of his statements were false. I went to VW in Tallahassee the next day and purchased a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport in Kingfisher blue fully loaded with a sunroof for $2000 less than the price they offer. The salesman (Brad ) at Capital VW was exceptional."
