"Do not come here if you don’t like wasting your whole day to get your car serviced. I have had several times trying to get my car serviced. Everytime I go they are behind and it takes 2 hours for an oil change or another excuse. This last time I went to get the anti theft software update the first time I went they said the guy there that does it took off for the day. The second time I called and told them the day I’d be coming and they said that would be great they said anywhere between 1 and 3 pm I said I will be there at 1 when I did get there at 1 they said the service people went to lunch and wouldn’t be back another hour. I waited an hour and a half for a service guy to come in and tell me they were behind and haven’t even started on it yet. I am sick of this dealer ship they are extremely helpful when it comes to getting you to buy a car as soon as you buy it don’t expect to get it serviced unless you want to pack a picnic and sit at the dealership for days. Not considering someone’s time is very unprofessional especially when they are taking their off days to get stuff done and it’s being wasted with no apologies."

"I want to brag on Dothan Kia! Today I was headed home from PCB to TN and didn’t make it past Dothan before my 2022 Kia K5 went into a system check that wouldn’t stop and locked up my steering. I called Dothan Kia as they opened at 8am on a Saturday. They made every effort to help me from the first phone call. Not only did they agree to service my car, but they sent a guy to me at Chick-fil-a to see if they could save us a tow. We needed up having to tow it to them, but the mechanic (I hate I don’t remember his name!) even called a friend to come tow us. They worked on my car as soon as it got dropped off and fix us enough to get home to TN and to our dealer. Anyone local should use them for all your needs. They were super friendly and helpful. They went way above and beyond!"

"After 12+ years of giving this dang place business from me and my immediate family, you’d think I’d get better customer service… my 18’ optima was in the service department a few times over the last couple weeks (because they weren’t fixing the thing that needed to be fixed) last week, it went back into the shop to be fixed and came out with a huge CRACK in the windshield and of course they are not going to accept responsibility. After speaking to the service department supervisor ( who didn’t have an ounce of concern in his voice ) I was told something about a sign that’s posted and that “a rock could’ve hit it” during the pickup or whatever… I had got it nearly Home before seeing the crack. The crack starts from the VERY BOTTOM, no indication of a rock or anything, it REALLY looks like someone leaned up too hard or something on the dang thing…. After over a decade of giving business, I’m done. We’ve bought cars from our 2008 RIO5 hatchback up to our brand new 2023 Kia forte GT line and everything in between…. NEVER AGAIN. The cost of this windshield is literally the LAST thing I should have to deal with right now… thanks a lot."

I felt welcome from the moment I got out of my car, even though I had never been there before! I was greeted instantly and got all the information I needed before being shown to the immaculate waiting area, and on a busy Saturday morning, they got me in and out quickly, and did an amazing job! They even took care of an open recall that I didn’t even know I had, and vacuumed my floorboards!!! I was so thankful for them and will recommend Dothan Kia to everyone I know!"
