"Long, windy, cluttered, poorly designed, overpriced food, lousy seating, cramped. Not designed for travelers Not designed for arrivals and the various tasks required including pick up. The parking is hideous."

"Boston Airport is very easy to navigate if you take the mass transportation. The Airport shuttles are available 24/7 and you'll most likely see a line of them. I doubt you'll miss a shuttle, but rather a shuttle will be too full. There is a small wait at each stop like the Terminal B Stop 2, but the voice on the shuttle will list all airlines and rental car companies for the next stop."

"They did a good job. I remember fondly the old US Airways short haul flight area and it now seamlessly merges into the former American terminal, which is now United. I fly United and they did a beautiful job. I hated the years long separation between the former Continental flights area and United Terminal C post-merger, which was sad. Having United in one consistent, walkable short terminal segment with a Legal's Sea Food, Stephanie's and Peet's is nice. Not way over-priced and consistent quality."

"Logan is getting much better than in the past. Terminal B is pretty good but need more Dunkin' Donuts. Nothing in the 16-23 gate area."
