"Flight coming back they changed planes and my prepaid seat and tried to make me pay for the seat all over again. Then lost my luggage."

"Two days (06/19/2019), I traveled via Icelandair. I appreciated the water, blankets, and pillows staff provides you per each seat. Additionally, I also appreciated the modern touchscreens Icelandair has on their passenger airfract. However, what I didn't appreciate is the leg room, and feeling the uncomfortableness of the economy seats. You can't really sleep in economy due to the uncomfortableness factor! Flight attendants are helpful and friendly."

"Icelandair is a nice quality airline with comfortable seats and more room than typical. If you can I suggest taking them up on their incentive to take a free layover and experience some of this small, magical country. It's pretty special there."

"Changed planes giving us one with no back seat screens, changed our seat numbers so me and my friends were not sitting together, customer service didn’t do anything g to our us back together. Worst customer service and terrible trip. Should give out refunds if you are changing seats and giving a lesser plane ….. so if you want to sit together maybe find a better airline"

"Never fly with Icelandair. I had horrible experience with them in January where we were left on the piste for 12 hours without food, misled and lied to. After that they put us in a hotel 2 hr away from Rejkjavik airport, horrible experience all around. On the way back they lost my luggage. Tried to inquire and file a claim, never heard from them. Basically they bounce you like ping pong ball, keep lying to you and directing you to a different department."
